What are our billing rates?

Our lawyers charge an hourly rate based on their experience and skill level. We take an up-front payment called a retainer fee. Our hourly rates are usually higher than other attorneys, however we provide great value. We've found that the hourly rate doesn't actually reflect the cost of a case. We don't nickle-and-dime clients with trivial charges (such as fax-by-page charges); we don't load your case up with non-attorney staff and have no need or desire to over-bill clients. We usually end up with the lower total fees versus our opponents, but better results for our clients.
