I joined Walters Gilbreath, PLLC in the summer of 2024, bringing over ten years of experience in family law to help clients navigate its complexities with empathy and expertise. I began my education at Baylor University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and later pursued my legal education at South Texas College of Law Houston, earning my Juris Doctorate. I was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2016.
During law school, I had the privilege of completing judicial clerkships with the Honorable Judge David Farr in the 312th District Court, which gave me invaluable insights into the complexities of family law. My legal career began at Jenkins & Kamin, where I progressed from a law clerk to an associate, handling a wide range of complex family law matters through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
I am deeply committed to giving back to my community, volunteering with Houston Volunteer Lawyers to provide legal aid to underprivileged individuals. I am also an active member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association.
My passion lies in guiding clients through the challenging processes of divorce and high-conflict custody matters. I strive to provide unwavering support and expert legal guidance, helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult moments with compassion and skill.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our children, and our two Labrador Retrievers.
