Kaitlyn Smith,

Brand Manager

After graduating from Texas A&M University, I started my professional career in retail management opening and managing franchises. After several years of working in retail, I accepted my first legal job and began working for a personal injury law firm with several locations throughout the state.

My very first encounter with a law firm was actually as a client. Having gone through the process of finding/hiring a lawyer myself, and depending on them to guide me through the litigation process has been invaluable during my seven years in the legal industry. I’ve maintained a deep sense of gratitude having experienced what it is like to go through a daunting process where you rely heavily on the professionals. I know firsthand that clients place a great deal of trust in their lawyer. I take tremendous pride in working for a company like Walters Gilbreath, who puts their clients first and cares deeply about the lives they impact on a daily basis. At Walters Gilbreath our clients know we are with them through it all.

My role as Brand Manager is a fabulous one - I get to showcase the expertise of our team and help people in need of legal counsel find a reliable partnership. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is learning about our clients, their stories, and the impact the experience with our firm has made in their lives. Our client’s stories are so powerful and learning about them makes me better at my job. I love the versatility of the role and thrive in the ever-changing marketing landscape.

Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my husband and our two rescue dogs. To decompress, I enjoy the outdoors, having a delicious meal, traveling, and I’m a big fitness enthusiast.
