I had a very contentious divorce with some very complicated circumstances. I started with another firm but after a year realized that firm was simply collecting fees from me and could have cared less about the outcome of my case. So, after firing them I found Brian Walters. Brian took my call the same afternoon and agreed to take on my case, which at the time had been in litigation for more than a year. Brian was always available to discuss the case with me – usually same day or very early the following morning. His knowledge of family law, the Texas court system, the varying judges and their styles is unparalleled. He built an excellent strategy for my case, and I was amazed at his litigation skills in the courtroom, especially on examination of experts, the opposing party, etc. Additionally, Brian and the rest of the firm – from his partner Jake, the associate lawyer Luke Wallace that partnered on the case and all the paralegals involved cared and advocated for me from the first day they took my case until the very end (which included an appeal.) Brian is one of the best in the business and I can’t recommend his firm highly enough. They helped changed the course of my family forever and I could never repay them for it. Best I can do is recommend them to anyone that will listen, because they are excellent at what they do.
