I first joined Walters Gilbreath, PLLC, in the summer of 2024 as a temporary law clerk during law school and officially became part of the firm in September 2025. My first legal experience was with Travis County’s juvenile justice division, where I was introduced to family law, which led me to serve as a student attorney in my law school’s Family Law Legal Clinic. That experience solidified my passion for family law and confirmed that this was the path I wanted to pursue.
What I enjoy most about family law is its complexity and nuance. No two cases are ever the same, and each requires a thoughtful, tailored approach. Being an effective advocate in this area of law demands both vigilance and creativity, and I strive to meet the unique needs of every client I serve. One of the aspects I appreciate most about Walters Gilbreath is the collaborative culture, where the attorneys here are incredibly knowledgeable and generous with their expertise. While clients may hire one attorney, they benefit from the collective insight of our entire firm.Beyond my legal work, I am passionate about culture, particularly Mexican and Indigenous traditions, and I’ve dedicated myself to learning more about them. Outside of the office, I enjoy discovering new hiking spots with my fiancé and our two chihuahua mix dogs.
