Jake and team made a stressful situation so much easier my children and I to endure. I felt trusted, heard, important in the process and even protected. The communication was excellent. I know none of it was easy but they made it seem effortless. They made the situation better. They made it bearable. Enjoyable, even, some of the time. Which was unexpected. And valued. I look back on what could have been a very stressful, awful situation and think only about the respect, professionalism, kindness, skill, intelligence and compassion the entire team showed me and my family, friends and others involved. I would highly recommend them. It made a big difference in my life to work with Jake and his team of professionals. I feel very lucky to have them on my side.
